This meditative journey is designed to help you connect more deeply with your lineage and cultivate a closer relationship with your ancestors.

This is a potent time of year when the veil between worlds grows thin, creating space to honor our ancestors and receive guidance from our spirit team on the other side. Together, we’ll step into ceremony with intention—calling in the wisdom, protection, and love that our ancestors continue to offer.

Through the element of fire and the spirit of cacao, Mariah will guide the group through a healing and grounded meditation to open intuitive pathways to this connection. Whether you already have a strong understanding of your ancestry, are just beginning to explore it, or simply feel curious, this experience offers a warm and supportive space to ask questions, learn, and discover what ancestor work truly means.

You’ll leave with practical tools and everyday practices you can integrate authentically—along with a sense of being rooted, guided, protected, and seen by your ancestors, always.
